Measure the work.

TORC is a framework for evaluating demonstrated cognition in completed artifacts. It does not estimate the creator's IQ, artistic quality, truth, prestige, or historical importance.

The Demonstrated Intelligence Profile combines Operational Order with Cognitive Magnitude. The canonical notation is [TORC] | [CMS].

This starter deliberately keeps the public site simple. Later versions can add seven independent AI evaluations, consensus data, private uploads, accounts and payments without replacing this foundation.
